I consider myself to be a person whom is proud of their work and enthusiastic about motivating people around to strive to the high levels of work also. Attention is in the detail, and customer care is a big part of that, I am a firm believer in regular and informative contact with clients. As a family man with young children, whose completed work in my own property, I understand that any kind of construction in the home place is stressful, so all attempts are made to make it all run as smoothly as possible. Unlike most loft conversion companies, I am an “on the job” director and will play a key part in running and building your loft conversion, any arising issues or queries can be dealt with straight away.
I am a firm believer in doing the best job possible and that is one reason why i joined the Federation Of Master Builders, not only to demonstrate the quality of our work but also help raise the standards of construction across the board.

History:
Before forming the Limited Company in 2016 I traded as a sole-trader with employees under DM Carpentry which is still registered and insured but I am now totally focused on doing Loft Conversions through my Magic Lofts Ltd Company. DM Carpentry provided skilled carpentry labour to well-known companies such as Loft Pro Cardiff and Gallery Loft Conversions, as well as doing private work. At these companies we undertook the duty of the general build of Loft Conversions and the day to day running of them.

Workforce:
All areas of our workforce are very experienced in loft conversions and are dedicated to providing high quality workmanship. We do not believe in doing things half-heartedly and strive to achieve the highest standard possible.
We also believe that even though experience is crucial; young enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and develop is also essential for a business to develop long term which is why we also employ CITB apprentices, through this apprenticeship they hone their skills and gain qualifications in Carpentry.
We have a mix of employed personnel and sub-contractors such as electricians and bricklayers. All the sub-contractors are all well known to Magic Lofts and some are even family members of the director. They are all very experienced quality tradesmen with vast knowledge of their trades helping to boost our growing reputation for high quality work.
Sub-Contractors are all vetted and known to the company and in addition to our insurance policies they also hold their own public liability and other relevant insurances.
In The Community:
Magic Lofts are proud sponsors of Gadlys Rovers Senior Football Team. Over the next few years the plan is to help and invest back into the local community. I also believe that using local family run businesses are of great benefit to the area. I would be happy to recommend these businesses i have dealt with.
