Magic Lofts are project managed and constructed this loft conversion in Hirwaun, South Wales. This is an 8.5m rear dormer loft conversion and has 2 equally sized bedrooms with the stairs coming up in the middle of the property and a room to each side of stairwell.

Pre construction, Magic Lofts' surveyor did the scale structural plans and we successfully applied for the certificate of lawfulness from the local council. Building Control notified of the project and inspected the job throughout the build and after construction. Construction start: October 2017.

The purpose of this loft conversion is for the family's children; 1 room serving as one child's bedroom and the other as a playroom for them. More finished pictures to follow.
