Magic Lofts Ltd project managed and constructed this extensively large loft conversion in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. This was a much larger than normal Loft Conversion; loft work included: Raising the ridge height, building 2 hip to gable roof extensions and bricking up in face brick plus a very large 13m rear dormer.

The new loft incorporates a double bedroom, therapy room, craft room and also have a shower room with hairdresser's style wash chair. Pre construction, Magic Lofts' surveyor did the structural plans and we successfully applied for full planning permission from the local council. Building Control were notified of the project and inspected the job throughout the build and after construction was completed. Construction started: July 2017.
