Magic Lofts joined onto a renovation project in Swansea. This very large detached property in the lucrative Mayals area of Swansea was very dated and in need of a full renovation. The house boasts great views of the Mumbles coast, new velux windows show this off superbly. We've fitted new velux windows and also replaced all the pvc units with new very stylish and energy efficient new units(4 roof windows, 26 pvc windows & 3 doors). Also fitted 3 fantastic aluminium bi-fold doors, these really up the home to the outside! Contributed to the project, in first fix components such as studwork, insulating & plasterboarding as well as some general building work. 2nd fix carpentry throughout. Built several fitted shelving units and built in wardrobes to make the most of the space. Laid 135m square of laminate flooring through the kitchen living area and hallway. Clad upper and lower rear porch/veranda areas.
